WOW....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I met both Tim's at a home show in Scottsdale. I took a few months to really think about what I wanted to do with my yard and interviewed several companies. When I met with Tim again at my home I really liked his ideas and how they complimented my own. I wanted to make a few changes prior to signing the contract and he was very kind and sent me the changes same day. The team he sent out to do the work was very respectful and really did a great job. Tim stopped by to make sure everything was on track and if I had any questions. My yard was started and completed the first week of Febuary and as of today I haven't seen any problems around my yard. Tim and his crew were amazing! We were very last minute and scattered. He was so patient with us, and got the job done in the time he said he would. This is our third round of pavers at our house, and they did by far the best work we’ve had done. The pricing was right in line, or less, than the other quotes. I had WHAT! do a pool infill, pump, filter and heater removal for me. They did an amazing job. WHAT! absolutely crushed it! From start to finish, they did an AMAZING job on our yard. The turf looks flawless, the rock work is clean and modern, the flower beds are beautifully designed, and the trees were planted perfectly.
